Ara sempre que tinguin bon\u00edtol a la peixateria no ho dubtar\u00e9 gens: \u00e9s facil\u00edssim preparar-ne un i el pots desar a la nevera molts dies. \u00c9s ideal per complementar sopars, berenars, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 bon\u00edtol<\/li><li>1 got d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra<\/li><li>1\/2 got de vinagre<\/li><li>2 o 3 dents d&#8217;all<\/li><li>sal (sense escatimar)<\/li><li>unes boletes de pebre negre<\/li><li>3 o 4 fulles de llorer<\/li><li>piment\u00f3n de la vera<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En una paella fonda, posem a escalfar l&#8217;oli, vinagre, sal, llorer, pebre (el piment\u00f3n el posarem cap al final).<\/li><li>Netegem el bon\u00edtol: treiem cap i budells, obrim pel mig, seleccionem lloms sense espines i els partim pel mig.<\/li><li>Quan l&#8217;escabetx ja ha bullit una estona i s&#8217;hagi evaporat bona part del vinagre, hi afegim el piment\u00f3n.
