Els hem fet integrals i han sortit de tot menys rodons, i una mica petits, per\u00f2 anirem perfeccionant la t\u00e8cnica fins a aconseguir uns d\u00fcr\u00fcms que ocupin tota la paella i ens permetin prescindir d&#8217;un producte processat m\u00e9s. Visca!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e0cies Esbieta per tan bona explicaci\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Tortillas de harina de trigo para fajitas, kebab, wraps, burritos \u00a1Blanditas y finas!\" width=\"474\" height=\"267\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/f7Mt_EXoess?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed va la nostra versi\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>210g de farina integral d&#8217;espelta<\/li><li>95g d&#8217;aigua calenta<\/li><li>2 cullerades soperes d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra<\/li><li>1 pessic de sal<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Amassem i deixem reposar fet una bola i tapat 20 minuts.<\/li><li>Enfarinem la taula i dividim la massa en porcions.<\/li><li>Fem boletes i les tapem b\u00e9, deixant-les reposar 10 minuts.<\/li><li>Estirem les boletes, primer amb les mans i despr\u00e9s amb el corr\u00f3, de manera que quedin ben finetes.<\/li><li>Les anem posant l&#8217;una sobre de l&#8217;altra, i tapades amb el paper de forn reutilitzable.<\/li><li>Preescalfem durant uns 5 minuts la paella (hem fet servir la d&#8217;acer inoxidable al 6) i anem fent les truitetes.<\/li><li>Les anem posant en un plat, pulveritzant amb aigua i tapant perqu\u00e8 no s&#8217;assequin.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>De cara a la propera vegada, pujarem les quantitats i la proporci\u00f3 d&#8217;aigua (haurien de sortir unes 9-10 truitetes):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>315g de farina integral d&#8217;espelta<\/li><li>150g d&#8217;aigua calenta<\/li><li>3 cullerades soperes d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra<\/li><li>1 pessic de sal<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"MASA PARA TACOS (tipo rapiditas): tortillas de harina para tacos, fajitas o wraps\" width=\"474\" height=\"267\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/fuJZ2uw8FBU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><figcaption>Tinc ganes de provar aquesta!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>250g farina<\/li><li>1cc bicarbonat<\/li><li>1 pessic de sal<\/li><li>3 cullerades d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva<\/li><li>1 tassa d&#8217;aigua calenta (150mL aprox) (l&#8217;anem afegint a poc a poc)<\/li><li>deixar reposar la massa 30&#8242;.
