S\u00f3n uns dels meus bolets preferits!<\/p>\n<p>La meitat els he saltejat una mica i n&#8217;he fet paquetets per a congelar, i l&#8217;altra meitat els estem assecant en una habitaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Com que havia plogut molt, els camagrocs estan molt formosos i tenen molta aigua, aix\u00ed que en saltejar-los n&#8217;he aconseguit un bon brou. I heus aqu\u00ed qu\u00e8 n&#8217;he fet:<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>camagrocs frescos<\/li>\n<li>arr\u00f2s bomba<\/li>\n<li>trossos secs de parmes\u00e0<\/li>\n<li>brou de camagrocs (resultat de saltejar for\u00e7a camagrocs + aigua + sal)<\/li>\n<li>oli d&#8217;oliva<\/li>\n<li>sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Es saltegen els camagrocs amb una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva.<\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;hi afegeix l&#8217;arr\u00f2s i es remena una estona<\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;hi afegeix el brou i els trossets de parmes\u00e0 i es deixa coure.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dissabte vam anar a buscar bolets en fam\u00edlia, i vam tornar amb dos cistells plens de camagrocs.
