A m\u00e9s, a la peixateria on anem ara li deixem un tupper i ens els neteja ella 8)<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>750g de seitons frescos nets (sense cap, tripa ni espina)<\/li>\n<li>Vinagre de vi blanc<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva<\/li>\n<li>All i julivert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Es van disposant en un recipient fent capes i posant-hi una miqueta\u00a0de sal i un bon raig de vinagre<\/li>\n<li>Es deixen reposar a la nevera 24h, ben coberts amb el vinagre<\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;escorren aigualint-los amb un rajolinet d&#8217;aigua (poca!).<\/li>\n<li>Es posen en un altre recipient, es cobreixen amb oli i es desen a la nevera.<\/li>\n<li>Servir-los amb all i julivert :)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Rosa m&#8217;ha passat la seva recepta de seitons, que b\u00e9, perqu\u00e8 a casa no ho acab\u00e0vem d&#8217;encertar, i ara ens queden s\u00faper bons.
