Diu que s\u00f3n molt beneficiosos pel nostre organisme&#8230; I s\u00f3n bon\u00edssims :D Ideals per combinar amb amanides de llegum.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verdura crua trossejada (p.ex. carbass\u00f3, pastanaga, pebrot vermell, col lombarda, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Aigua<\/li>\n<li>Sal (a ull)<\/li>\n<li>(opcional) Esp\u00e8cies (boletes de pebre, roman\u00ed, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<p>El que fem \u00e9s trossejar una mica de verdura i posar-la en un pot de vidre. La cobrim amb aigua i hi afegim una mica de sal (a ull).
