I si \u00e9s integral, encara m\u00e9s :P<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>280 g d&#8217;aigua (o m\u00e9s&#8230; 310?)<\/li>\n<li>12,5 g de llevat fresc (1\/2 cub)<\/li>\n<li>25 g d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva<\/li>\n<li>500 g de farina integral de blat o espelta<\/li>\n<li>10 g de sal<\/li>\n<li>Llavors d&#8217;an\u00eds o matafaluga<\/li>\n<li>Per decorar: oli d&#8217;oliva, sucre i licor d&#8217;an\u00eds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>S&#8217;amassa tot, es fa una bola i es deixa reposar 1h en un bol untat d&#8217;oli i tapat amb un drap<\/li>\n<li>Preparem un paper de forn. Ens untem les mans d&#8217;oli. Dividim la massa en 2 i\u00a0 fem dos plecs des dels extrems i un pel mig.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7loquem les dues peces al paper de forn i ho deixem reposar 45-60&#8242; tapat amb un drap (2h?)<\/li>\n<li>Preescalfem el forn a 230\u00baC, amb opci\u00f3 dalt+baix (250\u00baC?)<\/li>\n<li>Pintem la massa amb oli i li donem forma de coca prement suaument amb els dits i estirant cap als costats<\/li>\n<li>Hi posem el sucre<\/li>\n<li>Coem al forn col\u00b7locant la safata cap a baix i vigilant que no es cremin les coques (15-20 min)<\/li>\n<li>Esquitxem amb an\u00eds<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M&#8217;encanta la coca de forner!
