Per postres, hem fet una crema catalana amb sucre i tot. F\u00e0cil, f\u00e0cil!<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 L de llet<\/li>\n<li>1 branca de canyella<\/li>\n<li>la pell d&#8217;una llimona<\/li>\n<li>8 rovells d&#8217;ou<\/li>\n<li>150 g de sucre (80g s\u00f3n suficients)<\/li>\n<li>50 g de mid\u00f3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Fem infusionar la llet amb la canyella i la pell de llimona.<\/li>\n<li>batem els rovells, el sucre i el mid\u00f3 amb el t\u00farmix.<\/li>\n<li>Amb la llet ja t\u00e8bia i en una cassola, anem afegint la mescla i portant a ebulluci\u00f3 sense deixar de remenar amb les varilles.<\/li>\n<li>Quan arrenca el bull, ja est\u00e0 llest. Ho posem en una safata a refredar i a la nevera.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>I, per aprofitar les clares, una mena de brownie molt bo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>65g xocolata de postres<\/li>\n<li>65g mantega<\/li>\n<li>35g sucre<\/li>\n<li>70g farina de civada (65?)<\/li>\n<li>8 clares a punt de neu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avui han vingut a dinar uns amics i ens han cuinat una Bandera Dominicana que-lo-fli-pas.
