{"id":440,"date":"2017-05-06T12:22:04","date_gmt":"2017-05-06T12:22:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/albacalaf.com\/blog\/?p=440"},"modified":"2017-05-06T12:22:04","modified_gmt":"2017-05-06T12:22:04","slug":"salmo-marinat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/albacalaf.com\/blog\/salmo-marinat\/","title":{"rendered":"Salm\u00f3 marinat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>una suprema de salm\u00f3 d&#8217;uns 500-800 g<\/li>\n<li>150 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>150 g de sal<\/li>\n<li>anet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Netegem\u00a0el salm\u00f3 d&#8217;espines i de greix, i el rentem\u00a0sota l&#8217;aixeta.<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;eixuguem b\u00e9 amb paper de cuina<\/li>\n<li>Barregem la sal i el sucre<\/li>\n<li>En un recipient, hi posem gaireb\u00e9 la meitat de la mescla.<\/li>\n<li>Hi col\u00b7loquem el salm\u00f3 amb la pell a sota i l&#8217;amanim b\u00e9 amb l&#8217;anet<\/li>\n<li>Acabem de cobrir-lo amb la resta de la mescla.<\/li>\n<li>Tapem amb un paper film i hi posem un pes a sobre.<\/li>\n<li>Ho desem a la nevera entre 2 i 3 dies<\/li>\n<li>Treiem el salm\u00f3 i el rentem sota l&#8217;aixeta per treure tota la sal i el sucre, i l&#8217;eixuguem b\u00e9 amb paper de cuina.<\/li>\n<li>Ja est\u00e0 llest per menjar!
