Jo demano que em facin uns talls a l&#8217;os.<\/li>\n<li>2 o 3 patates mitjanes<\/li>\n<li>2 o 3 pomes<\/li>\n<li>1 o 2 pastanagues<\/li>\n<li>Un parell de talls gruixuts de cansalada curada<\/li>\n<li>4 o 5 dents d&#8217;all<\/li>\n<li>1 branca de canyella<\/li>\n<li>2 fulles de llorer<\/li>\n<li>Sal, pebre blanc, pebre negre<\/li>\n<li>vi blanc, conyac<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Es posa oli a la greixonera. Es renta la carn i es\u00a0col\u00b7loca, salpebrant-la pels dos costats i fent que s&#8217;impregni una mica d&#8217;oli.<\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;afegeix\u00a0la cansalada tallada a trossets, unes dents d&#8217;all i una branca de canyella feta trossets. Es col\u00b7loca per entre els talls de xai.<\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;hi afegeix la patata tallada a trossos grossos, la poma tallada per la meitat i la pastanaga tallada grossa.
