Ja feia temps que volia provar de provar de fer-ne un, aix\u00ed que he adaptat una mica la seva recepta:<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients (per a motlle rod\u00f3 de di\u00e0metre 26cm):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 ous<\/li>\n<li>265 mL de llet (o aigua&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>200 g de d\u00e0tils (30 d\u00e0tils)<\/li>\n<li>265 g de farina integral d&#8217;espelta (o blat)<\/li>\n<li>1 culleradeta de caf\u00e8 de bicarbonat<\/li>\n<li>1 sobre de gasosa El Tigre<\/li>\n<li>1 culleradeta de caf\u00e8 de canyella en pols (i\/o nou moscada, i\/o clau&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>La pell ratllada d&#8217;una taronja<\/li>\n<li>La pell ratllada d&#8217;una llimona<\/li>\n<li>1 rajol\u00ed d&#8217;oli<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Es preescalfa el forn a 230\u00ba amb opci\u00f3 de baix, i la reixa cap al mig.<\/li>\n<li>Es trituren els d\u00e0tils amb l&#8217;aigua i els rovells.<\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;hi afegeix la farina, el llevat i les esp\u00e8cies que es vulguin<\/li>\n<li>Es monten les clares a punt de neu amb un pessic de sal i s&#8217;afegeixen a la mescla, procurant embolcallar-la per no matar les bombolletes.<\/li>\n<li>Es cou durant uns 45 minuts. Es treu del forn i se li fa un cop contra el marbre.<\/li>\n<li>Es pot fondre una mica de xocolata, i\/o posar-hi melmelada al mig, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Els pans de pessic de can Salius s\u00f3n espectaculars.
