L&#8217;he estat perseguint fins aconseguir-ne la recepta&#8230; Avui cuino uns macarrons per la colla de Sant Pere :D<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients (5 o 6 racions):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tall (dep\u00e8n del que es tingui o del que vingui de gust posar-hi aquell dia)\n<ul>\n<li>2 tires de costella de porc a trossos<\/li>\n<li>2 ales de pollastre<\/li>\n<li>2 talls de cansalada<\/li>\n<li>2 botifarres o 5-6 salsitxes<\/li>\n<li>Algun\u00a0tros de xori\u00e7 picant<\/li>\n<li>Uns trossets de pernil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Uns trossets de branca de canyella<\/li>\n<li>4 boletes de pebre negre (ella en posa 2, per\u00f2 a casa ens agrada molt&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba<\/li>\n<li>3 dents d&#8217;all<\/li>\n<li>8 o 10 tom\u00e0quets<\/li>\n<li>1 got de vi<\/li>\n<li>una mica de salsa de tom\u00e0quet Sol\u00eds (aiiii Enriqueta, aix\u00f2 \u00e9s fer trampa eh!!)<\/li>\n<li>1 culleradeta de caf\u00e8 de piment\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Salem el tall<\/li>\n<li>En una cassola de fang hi escalfem\u00a0oli<\/li>\n<li>Hi saltegem la costella, la cansalada, el pollastre, la canyella i el pebre<\/li>\n<li>Quan ja estigui el tall segellat, hi afegim un got d&#8217;aigua, i que vagi fent<\/li>\n<li>Quan hagi redu\u00eft una mica, hi afegim la resta del tall: botifarra, xori\u00e7, pernil, etc. No esperem que es begui l&#8217;aigua del tot.<\/li>\n<li>(&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Hi afegim la ceba i l&#8217;all picats<\/li>\n<li>(&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Hi afegim el tom\u00e0quet picat<\/li>\n<li>(&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Hi afegim el vi blanc<\/li>\n<li>(&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Hi afegim el toc final: la salsa de tom\u00e0quet Sol\u00eds. I tamb\u00e9 el piment\u00f3n. Ho remenem una mica i ja ho tenim.<\/li>\n<li>Els macarrons han de coure 15 minuts\u00a0(a nosaltres ens agraden m\u00e9s al dente)\u00a0i en acabar la cocci\u00f3 s&#8217;han de colar i passar-hi aigua freda perqu\u00e8 no s&#8217;enganxin entre ells.
