Ens encanta, i com que s&#8217;ha de menjar peix, doncs aqu\u00ed va una manera deliciosa de gaudir-lo:<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 orades, o llobarros (sense tripa)<\/li>\n<li>2 o 3 patates<\/li>\n<li>2 cebes, o uns ceballots<\/li>\n<li>un gotet de vi blanc<\/li>\n<li>oli, sal i pebre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Engeguem el forn a 210 \u00baC, a dalt i a baix, amb aire<\/li>\n<li>Tallem la patata amb la mandolina o amb el ganivet a rodanxes fines i la posem en una safata gran<\/li>\n<li>Tallem la ceba i la posem sobre la patata<\/li>\n<li>Afegim oli, sal, pebre negre, conyac i\/o vi blanc<\/li>\n<li>Posem la safata al forn (al mig)<\/li>\n<li>Preparem el peix: el rentem, el salpebrem, i li posem unes rodanxes de llimona i unes branquetes de roman\u00ed a la tripa.<\/li>\n<li>Quan la patata i la ceba ja s\u00f3n cuites (comencen a daurar-se), hi afegim el peix.<\/li>\n<li>Deixem coure uns 10-15 minuts, depenent de la mida dels peixos. Si s\u00f3n grans,\u00a0els\u00a0donem la volta a mitja cocci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 es facin per l&#8217;altre costat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Si recuperem l&#8217;espina i el cap, despr\u00e9s podem fer un brou bon\u00edssim:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les espines i els caps del peix<\/li>\n<li>1 tros de nap<\/li>\n<li>1tros de xirivia<\/li>\n<li>1 tros de pastanaga<\/li>\n<li>1 tros d&#8217;api<\/li>\n<li>1 tros de porro<\/li>\n<li>una mica de julivert<\/li>\n<li>1 o 2 tom\u00e0quets partits per la meitat<\/li>\n<li>sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es cou 20 minuts, es cola, es retiren espines, api i xirivia i es trinxa tot amb el brou.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aquest \u00e9s un b\u00e0sic.
