He apr\u00e8s que la ceba no m&#8217;hi agrada perqu\u00e8 me l&#8217;endolceix molt. Em vaig inspirar en la recepta de l&#8217;escudella i carn d&#8217;olla de l&#8217;Enriqueta, i n&#8217;estic satisfeta. Ara tinc sempre al congelador una bossa amb verdures per al brou tallades per la meitat o aix\u00ed (pastanaga, nap, xirivia, api, algun tros de porro o els brots de la ceba tendra, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>del pollastre:\n<ul>\n<li>la carcanada<\/li>\n<li>el fetge<\/li>\n<li>l&#8217;os pedrer<\/li>\n<li>el cor<\/li>\n<li>el coll<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>un tros de pastanaga<\/li>\n<li>un tros de xirivia<\/li>\n<li>2 tronquets\u00a0d&#8217;api<\/li>\n<li>4 cullerades de gra de civada (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Omplir amb aigua fins a mitja cassola i coure 40 minutets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sopa d&#8217;ales de pollastre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I una altra recepta 100% Enriqueta:<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ales de pollastre<\/li>\n<li>1 os ranci o de pernil<\/li>\n<li>Verdures\n<ul>\n<li>Pastanaga<\/li>\n<li>Xirivia<\/li>\n<li>Api<\/li>\n<li>Nap<\/li>\n<li>Patata<\/li>\n<li>Porro<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si fa molt de greix, deixar reposar una mica i treure&#8217;l amb el &#8220;cuchar\u00f3n&#8221; ;)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El brou de pollastre que fem a can Calafuente \u00e9s senzill i bo.
