{"id":182,"date":"2016-01-07T11:41:10","date_gmt":"2016-01-07T11:41:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/albacalaf.com\/blog\/?p=182"},"modified":"2016-05-14T15:58:01","modified_gmt":"2016-05-14T15:58:01","slug":"llenties","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/albacalaf.com\/blog\/llenties\/","title":{"rendered":"Llenties"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Recepta de l&#8217;Enriqueta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un bon punt de partida per cuinar unes llenties f\u00e0cils i bones.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients (4 racions):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>450 g de llenties<\/li>\n<li>1-2 cebes partides per la meitat<\/li>\n<li>1-2 tom\u00e0quets partits per la meitat<\/li>\n<li>4 o 5 grans d&#8217;all sencers (sense pelar ni aixafar)<\/li>\n<li>1 branqueta de canyella<\/li>\n<li>1 fulla de llorer<\/li>\n<li>1 got de vi blanc<\/li>\n<li>250 g de costella de porc<\/li>\n<li>1 botifarra negra<\/li>\n<li>sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Es posa tot en fred, primer les llenties i al final el tall (excepte la botifarra). Jo hi poso tamb\u00e9 un puny d&#8217;arr\u00f2s integral. Es cobreix b\u00e9 amb for\u00e7a aigua.<\/li>\n<li>Quan comen\u00e7a a bullir, es remena una mica perqu\u00e8 no s&#8217;enganxin les llenties a baix.<\/li>\n<li>Es deixa coure una bona estona.<\/li>\n<li>Cap al final de la cocci\u00f3, s&#8217;afegeix la botifarra negra.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Recepta de l&#8217;Alberto<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tinc pendent tamb\u00e9 cuinar unes llenties a l&#8217;estil de l&#8217;Alberto:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Primer has de sofregir ceba, tumaca, pebre verd o roig, espinaques, pastanga, i si vols qualsevol verdura que t&#8217;agrade. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Despres fiques aigua o caldo i jo a mes de les cre\u00eflles pose coliflor o brecol. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Les llenties i especies, jo li fique una miqueta de canela, alguna guindilleta tb va be<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recepta de l&#8217;Enriqueta Un bon punt de partida per cuinar unes llenties f\u00e0cils i bones.
