{"id":171,"date":"2015-12-31T11:58:52","date_gmt":"2015-12-31T11:58:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/albacalaf.com\/blog\/?p=171"},"modified":"2016-04-28T08:03:57","modified_gmt":"2016-04-28T08:03:57","slug":"pollastre-sord-amb-taronja-prunes-i-pinyons","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/albacalaf.com\/blog\/pollastre-sord-amb-taronja-prunes-i-pinyons\/","title":{"rendered":"Pollastre sord amb taronja, prunes i pinyons"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>M&#8217;he mig inventat aquesta recepta inspirant-me en una recepta d&#8217;\u00e0nec mut del Pened\u00e8s (d&#8217;aqu\u00ed el nom de pollastre &#8220;sord&#8221;). \u00c9s facil\u00edssima i digna d&#8217;un dinar de diumenge, molt adequada per impressionar els sogres, per exemple (a mi almenys m&#8217;ha funcionat).<\/p>\n<p>Visca la greixonera!<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pollastre tallat a quarts<\/li>\n<li>1 taronja ecol\u00f2gica (tallada en 4)<\/li>\n<li>15-20 prunes amb pinyol<\/li>\n<li>uns quants pinyons del pa\u00eds<\/li>\n<li>1 branca de canyella (partida a trossos)<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0got\u00a0de vermut negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Es posa una mica d&#8217;oli a la greixonera<\/li>\n<li>Es posen les peces de pollastre i es salpebren per les dues bandes, impregnant-les amb l&#8217;oli<\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;afegeix la taronja, les prunes, els pinyons, la canyella i el vermut,<\/li>\n<li>Es posa al forn tapat (al meu forn, 1.45h a baix de tot, al tope de temperatura i amb opci\u00f3 dalt+baix+aire)<\/li>\n<li>Es destapa, es giren les peces de pollastre i es posa a daurar (al meu forn, 15 min al mig, al tope de temperatura i amb opci\u00f3 dalt+baix+aire).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M&#8217;he mig inventat aquesta recepta inspirant-me en una recepta d&#8217;\u00e0nec mut del Pened\u00e8s (d&#8217;aqu\u00ed el nom de pollastre &#8220;sord&#8221;). \u00c9s facil\u00edssima i digna d&#8217;un dinar de diumenge, molt adequada per impressionar els sogres, per exemple (a mi almenys m&#8217;ha funcionat).
