S\u00f3n ideals per berenar o menjar entre hores.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients (16 galetes):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pl\u00e0tan<\/li>\n<li>100 g de d\u00e0tils<\/li>\n<li>50 g de farina integral d&#8217;espelta<\/li>\n<li>70 g de flocs de civada<\/li>\n<li>25\u00a0g d&#8217;oli de coco<\/li>\n<li>50 g de llavors (s\u00e8sam, chia, lli daurat, pipes de girasol, pipes de carbassa, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>S&#8217;enfarina una safata<\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;engega el forn a 210\u00ba, amb opci\u00f3 dalt+baix i amb la safata de reixa al mig<\/li>\n<li>Es trosseja el pl\u00e0tan<\/li>\n<li>Es desossen i trossegen els d\u00e0tils<\/li>\n<li>Es barreja tot i es fan boletes; s&#8217;aixafen i es posen a la safata<\/li>\n<li>Es cou durant uns 20 minuts o fins que estiguin daurades (cada vegada les deixo m\u00e9s estona i ens agraden m\u00e9s)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Una altra recepta de galetes&#8230; &#8220;saludables&#8221;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 cullerades de flocs de civada<\/li>\n<li>4 cullerades de farina integral d&#8217;espelta<\/li>\n<li>3 cullerades d&#8217;oli de coco<\/li>\n<li>2 ous<\/li>\n<li>1 cullerada de s\u00e8sam<\/li>\n<li>1 cullerada de lli daurat<\/li>\n<li>nabius, llavors de rosella<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M&#8217;he inventat unes galetes bon\u00edssimes.
