L&#8217;he feta amb la seva supervisi\u00f3, i m&#8217;ha ajudat a fer la pilota i tallar la patata. Gr\u00e0cies Enriqueta!<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients per a fer el brou<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>porc\n<ul>\n<li>1 peu de porc obert<\/li>\n<li>2 o 3 ossos de l&#8217;espinada del porc<\/li>\n<li>3 o 4\u00a0costelletes de porc (les podem posar tal qual, ja les tallarem un cop cuites)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>pollastre\n<ul>\n<li>la carcanada<\/li>\n<li>les ales<\/li>\n<li>l&#8217;os pedrer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>altres carns\n<ul>\n<li>100 g de gallina (sense pell)<\/li>\n<li>1 os de pernil<\/li>\n<li>1 os blanc<\/li>\n<li>1 os de vedella<\/li>\n<li>etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>verdures (poca cosa)\n<ul>\n<li>1 pastanaga sencera<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba partida en 4<\/li>\n<li>un tros de nap<\/li>\n<li>un trosset de xirivia<\/li>\n<li>una branqueta d&#8217;api<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>sal (grapats)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ingredients per fer la pilota (en surten 3)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250g de carn de porc picada<\/li>\n<li>250g de carn de vedella picada<\/li>\n<li>sal<\/li>\n<li>uns trossets de branca de canyella o canyella en pols<\/li>\n<li>una branqueta de julivert picada<\/li>\n<li>3 dents d&#8217;all picats<\/li>\n<li>2 ous<\/li>\n<li>pa ratllat per guanyar consist\u00e8ncia<\/li>\n<li>farina per enfarinar la pilota<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Altres ingredients<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 col<\/li>\n<li>3 patates pelades<\/li>\n<li>1 botifarra negra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Es posa tot\u00a0a bullir, primer a foc fort perqu\u00e8 arrenqui el bull i despr\u00e9s a foc lent.<\/li>\n<li>Es va retirant la carn a mida que \u00e9s cuita (la pota i la gallina triguen m\u00e9s, les deixarem fins el final), i es posa en una safata tapada.<\/li>\n<li>Es retira l&#8217;exc\u00e9s de greix de la superf\u00edcie.<\/li>\n<li>Quan la pota i\/o la gallina ja s\u00f3n cuites es retiren, i es treuen tamb\u00e9 les verdures del brou, deixant el brou sol.<\/li>\n<li>Es fan les pilotes seguint l&#8217;ordre de la llista d&#8217;ingredients. N&#8217;haurien de sortir 3 xurros.
