grans<\/li>\n<li>alls<\/li>\n<li>ametlles crues<\/li>\n<li>vi blanc<\/li>\n<li>brou de pollastre<\/li>\n<li>3 ossos de pernil<\/li>\n<li>safr\u00e0<\/li>\n<li>4 kg de carxofa<\/li>\n<li>1.5 kg de cebes petites<\/li>\n<li>farigola, llorer, orenga<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>El dia abans, s&#8217;injecta conyac a les peces de pollastre que tenen m\u00e9s carn<\/li>\n<li>Es
